moola ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered financial dashboard for small businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
2. Data we collect
- Account info: business name, email, plan selection.
- Financial data: transactions pulled from connected bank accounts via read-only access.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, errors encountered.
3. How we use it
We use your data to categorize transactions, generate AI insights, power the chat assistant, and improve the product. We never sell your data. We never use your raw financial data to train third-party models.
4. Bank connections
Bank connections use read-only access via established aggregators. We cannot move money or initiate transactions on your behalf. You can disconnect a bank at any time from your account settings.
5. AI processing
Insights and chat answers are generated by large language models. We send the minimum context required to answer your question and never include personally identifiable information in prompts.
6. Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time. To request a copy or deletion, contact privacy@moola.app.
