1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using moola, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
moola provides an AI financial alerts. Insights and chat answers are automated and informational — they are not professional accounting, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for your own books and filings.
3. Plans & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly ($99/month) or annually ($990/year). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
4. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, reselling, or using moola to violate the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your data
You own your data. We process it under our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
6. Disclaimer
moola is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
